This brought back great memories of climbing with my dad when I was a kid. I practically grew up on Tryfan.

All I can manage these days is an annual trip up the PYG track with my 12 yr-old border collie, I'd love to go by Crib Goch but I'd never get her over the Pinnacles!

Alastair, my apologies for taking a while to reply. Unfortunately this event is only open to Civil Servants (clearly we don't have enough work to do and should be cut to the bone to reduce costs). Excuse my cynicism.

Its run annually and restricted to thirty five teams. I'm not sure if there are any other organisations who do similar events but if I hear of one I'll let you know.
