Well we are off on our rambles again. We've entered a new team for the Snowdonia Challenge, so its time to see just how unfit we are or aren't. With Tony and Dominic joining myself Lyn and Malcolm we set off from Port Isaac to Polzeath.
We rekoned this would be around the ten mile mark and with the steep valleys to negotiate it would give us a good test on stamina and fitness. It was also an opportunity for us all to get together and walk as a group. So by the end the team dynamics were well and truly formed. Tony doesnt like Dominic who in turn won't walk with Lyn. Ian thinks everyone else is useless and WHO is Malcolm anyway??
Should be fun.
